CREATING THE RIGHT IMPACT
Since our beginnings we have be focused on an ethical approach to everything we do and how we as business and individuals contribute to our communities and the environment. In 2014 we took our first major step towards reducing our carbon footprint by moving to a remote working business structure which has not only given our team a better work life balance but has significantly reduced our carbon footprint by eliminating the daily reliance on carbon emitting transportation to and from work.
In addition to reducing our environmental impact, we have for years been doing our bit individually to support a number of charities. However, this year we are changing our approach and want to start increasing our efforts and contribution to selected causes by working with our local communities to help raise awareness and where possible provide financial aid to these causes as a collective rather than as individuals.

DOING IT FOR GREAT ORMOND STREET HOSPITAL CHARITY
Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, 260 new patients arrive, doctors battle the most complex illnesses, and the
brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give the children at GOSH the best chance to fulfil their potential, and every day is a
chance for you to make a difference. A better future for seriously ill children starts here.
For more information about the amazing work done at Great Ormond Street Hospital visit www.gosh.org.
This year both our Commercial Director and our Chief Technical Officer will be taking part in the London to Brighton Cycle ride on 17th September in aid of GOSH children's charity. The ride is a little over 50 miles and whilst this may not sound much, Julian and Tony have not cycled this distance before and this will be a first time attempt at this challenging event.
We appeal to you to help inspire our two pedal powered pioneers by hitting the Help a Child button below and showing your support for a trully amazing cause.

DOING IT FOR PROSTATE CANCER UK
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men with over 47,000 men in the UK alone diagnosed with prostate cancer every year - that's 130 men every day. Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer. Through proper support and early identification more men can survive prostate cancer. The great news is that there are currently 330,000 men living with and after prostate cancer
This year our CEO - Gary Sanders is taking on the gruelling Yorkshire Marathon on the 8th of October. As most people will know, Gary has taken on a number of marathons in the past but it doesn't mean they get any easier.
Gary has created a JustGiving page for this event and this excellent cause and we ask that if you have anything you could donate to Prostate Cancer UK, please hit the button below to visit Gary's page and make a donation. Any donation size is welcomed
